These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://appnetworkhub.com (the "Site"), operated by App Network Hub ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to the website only. Our mobile applications (Take Cash, Cash Pocker, and future apps) have their own separate Terms of Service, which are linked below and are also available on our Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Site. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Permitted Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes only — to showcase our apps, provide our legal policies, and allow you to contact us.

You agree not to:

The names and logos of our apps (Take Cash, Cash Pocker, and future apps) are our trademarks. Google Play, Google AdMob, Amazon, PayPal, and other third-party names are trademarks of their respective owners.

5. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including Google Play Store, Google Fonts, Hostinger, and email providers. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those websites.

When you click a link to a third-party website, you leave our Site and are subject to that third party's terms and privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

6. Our Mobile Apps

Our mobile apps are distributed through the Google Play Store. Downloading and using our apps is governed by:

• Google Play Store's Terms of Service.
• Each app's own Terms of Service (linked below).
• Each app's own Privacy Policy (linked below).

In case of any conflict between these Terms (for the Site) and the terms of an individual app, the app's own terms prevail for that app.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose.
• Non-infringement.
• Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
• Accuracy or completeness of any information on the Site.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be available 24/7 or free of errors. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, App Network Hub and its owners, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed PKR 5,000 (approximately USD $18) per claim.

We may, at our sole discretion, restrict or terminate your access to the Site if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any conduct that is unlawful or harmful to us or other users, without prior notice.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.

Before initiating legal action, you agree to contact us at support@appnetworkhub.com to attempt a good-faith resolution. Most concerns can be resolved informally.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and App Network Hub regarding your use of the Site, and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
