These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Take Cash mobile application (package name: com.takecash.appnetworkhub.pk) and any related services. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Take Cash, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Take Cash.
- If you are between 13 and 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- One person may maintain only one account. Duplicate accounts may be terminated.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately at developerbrilliant@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
- We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4. Coins — Virtual Currency
- Coins are virtual, non-transferable points used solely within Take Cash.
- Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money, transferred to other users, or sold.
- Coins can be earned by: daily check-in, spin the wheel, watching rewarded ads, and referring friends.
- Coin values, earning rates, and daily limits may be adjusted at any time at our sole discretion.
- Coins may be forfeited if your account is terminated for violating these Terms.
5. Redemption of Rewards
- Coins may be redeemed for gift cards/vouchers as listed in the App (e.g., Amazon, Google Play, PayPal).
- Redemption requests are processed within 7–14 business days.
- We reserve the right to reject any redemption request that appears fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.
- Once a redemption is processed, it is final and cannot be reversed.
- Reward availability and denominations may change without notice.
6. Referral Program
- You may share your unique referral code with friends.
- When a new user signs up using your code, both you and the new user receive bonus coins as displayed in the App.
- Self-referral is strictly prohibited. Creating fake accounts to exploit the referral program is fraud.
- Referral bonuses may be reversed and accounts terminated if abuse is detected.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Create multiple/fake accounts to earn extra coins.
- Use bots, emulators, automation tools, VPNs, or proxies to manipulate rewards.
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the App or its API.
- Refer yourself or coordinate fake referrals.
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable law (including PECA 2016) or Google Play policies.
- Interfere with ads, skip rewarded ads fraudulently, or use ad-blocking tools within the App.
⚠️ Violation may result in:
• Immediate account termination
• Forfeiture of all coins
• Permanent ban from using the App
8. Advertisements
- Take Cash displays third-party advertisements through Google AdMob, including rewarded ads.
- We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party ads or advertisers.
- Clicking on an ad may take you to a third-party website/app governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All content in Take Cash — including the name, logo, design, graphics, code, and text — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Take Cash is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
- Rewards will always be available in your region.
- Any specific amount of coins can be earned within a given timeframe.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, App Network Hub and its owners, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the App.
- Loss of coins, data, or rewards.
- Unauthorized access to your account.
- Third-party advertisements or services.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of coins in your account at the time of the claim.
12. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, if:
- You violate these Terms.
- We detect fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity.
- Required by law or a competent authority.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, and accrued coins may be forfeited. You may also delete your account at any time via the in-app option or by contacting support.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan. Before initiating legal action, you agree to contact us at developerbrilliant@gmail.com to attempt an amicable resolution.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
